Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the overall data warehouse architecture to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Design and implement ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources (internal systems, external feeds).
• Define and enforce enterprise standards for data storage, retrieval, and governance.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all layers of data architecture.
• Monitor and optimize data performance/efficiency, including query tuning and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional team and contribute to projects aimed at improving data capabilities and analytics maturity.
• Provide technical guidance and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in data architecture/warehousing, with experience in stakeholder management role.
• Experience in general insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong expertise in database modelling and design, and/or data warehouse dynamics.
• Proficient in SQL/ETL language and processes, APIs, data integration tools, analytical tools, etc.
• Team player with good track record, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
