Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Business/Marketing Support to all Business
Partners and their customers; including but not
limited to enquiries handling, claims support, credit control and ensuring
renewal/new business documentations.
- Assist the team members with day-to-day operational
task, including processing customer and partner enquiries, supporting claims
handling, and assisting with credit control records.
- Complete operational tasks
accurately and deliver the task within the required timeline.
- Track and update operational tasks regularly to ensure
service standards are met and compliance with internal workflow/SLA is
maintained.
