Responsibilities
- Provide general
administrative and support including filing, scanning, mailing, data entry
within desired target TAT to ensure compliance to internal and regulatory
guidelines.
- Assist in
claims registrations and payments to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Maintain office
supplies for department.
- Scan the
incoming documents and upload the scanned documents into claims system. Verify
the quality and accuracy of the scanned documents and make necessary adjustment
as needed.
- Update and
maintain proper records/retention of claims documents in the filing system and
in shared folder before sending the documents for storage.
- Organize
and file claims documentation in a systematic and easily accessible manner.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while labelling, categorizing and
indexing files.
Retrieve
requested files/documents promptly and accurately. Ensure proper and accurate
record on the file movements in filing system. - Conduct
regular checks to ensure that all documents are properly filed and archived.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in filing or scanning processes.
Adhere to
organizational policies and procedures related to document management and
confidentiality. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
governing document retention and disposal.
Timely claims
customer service and prompt response to customers’ enquiries. - Handle ad-hoc
tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
