Contract Executive (Based at Penang)

Responsibilities

  • In charge of the overall smooth running of document submission for policy/endorsement issuance
  • To provide a consistent customer experience and priority attention to agents, customers and all walk-ins.
  • To support BRD / UAT of project and other related work
  • Payment submission to finance for receipt issuance
  • Monitor submission status from branch offices to head office to ensure no backlog and timely submission
  • To issue endorsement within the timeline.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior/HOD/RH

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
  • 1-2 years working experience in related fieldis preferred
  • Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
