Contract Executive (Based at Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on administrative tasks related to marketing activities to support the agents.
  • To follow up with agents on the necessary outstanding documents for processing of policy and claims
  • Attend agents’ enquiries in terms of UW, claims, finance and marketing related issues
  • Follow up with MUs/agents for submission and ensure no outstanding cover notes.
  • Monitor and remind agents on CBC submission and outstanding collection during absence of MUs
  • Issue quotations for agents/customers
  • Review and sort out renewal notices two months before expiry date i.e. to check on the referral, decline model, claims experience
  • Sorting and despatch policy, endorsement. renewal notice, and etc to agents/insureds
  • Guide agents on usage of e-cover system/Agency Portal
  • To monitor CPD hours requirement of agents
  • Project involvement such as Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and UAT as required
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior/HOD/RH

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
  • 1-2 years working experience in related fieldis preferred
  • Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
