Responsibilities
- Provide
support on administrative tasks related to marketing activities to support the
agents.
- To
follow up with agents on the necessary outstanding documents for processing of
policy and claims
- Attend
agents’ enquiries in terms of UW, claims, finance and marketing related issues
- Follow
up with MUs/agents for submission and ensure no outstanding cover notes.
- Monitor
and remind agents on CBC submission and outstanding collection during absence
of MUs
- Issue
quotations for agents/customers
- Review
and sort out renewal notices two months before expiry date i.e. to check on the
referral, decline model, claims experience
- Sorting
and despatch policy, endorsement. renewal notice, and etc to agents/insureds
- Guide
agents on usage of e-cover system/Agency Portal
- To
monitor CPD hours requirement of agents
- Project
involvement such as Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and UAT as
required
- Any
other tasks assigned by superior/HOD/RH
