Responsibilities

• Responsible for manage new change request on external maintained system from change request scope definition through implementation across internal , external and cross-functional teams.
• Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application related requests/enquiries.
• Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
• Understand and familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications.
• Able to access database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of section.
• Ensure project/dept milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• To meet and attend the demand and delivery of data warehouse systems/services and system.
• Work with business / stakeholder as required.

• Databases knowledge (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, etc)
