Responsibilities
Overall accountability for underwriting, renewal review and reporting activities that ensure full compliance to the company’s Guidelines, corporate governance and other related legal and regulatory requirements.
Support underwriting, portfolio management and testing/reporting functions for Property, Misc, Engineering UW units.
Support Risk Management and Loss Control (RMLC) unit on risk survey tracking, analysis and document control.
Support Senior Manager and Manager in department related matters including planning and compliance adherence.
Analyze, control and manage retention including accumulation control based on underlying guidelines.
Lead and/or contribute to product and system enhancement projects to support business growth.
Involvement in scheduled, planned and ad-hoc projects including portfolio analysis and system/product enhancement including User Acceptance Tests (UAT and other related projects/products.
Maintain an effective line of communication with Marketing, Underwriting and other departments to ensure smooth running of operations within the department.
Performs special/ad-hoc projects and other related duties as assigned.
