Responsibilities
- Manage the
creation and amendment of e-payment accounts
- Marketing code creation & binding to TokioNet
- Manage
all administrative tasks related to agency benefits, i.e. name card request,
signboard etc
- Upload
circular to Tokionet & e-Cover system
- Scanning
of agency documentations
- Attending
to queries, feedback and issues from internal customers
- System
Administrator for the Agency Portal, responsible for setting up announcements,
bulletins, forms, e-cards and user guides
- Perform
UAT on system enhancement as and when required
- Handle
department ad-hoc tasks as and when the need arises
