Executive, Agency Operations & Admin

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and amendment of e-payment accounts
  • Marketing code creation & binding to TokioNet
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to agency benefits, i.e. name card request, signboard etc
  • Upload circular to Tokionet & e-Cover system
  • Scanning of agency documentations
  • Attending to queries, feedback and issues from internal customers
  • System Administrator for the Agency Portal, responsible for setting up announcements, bulletins, forms, e-cards and user guides
  • Perform UAT on system enhancement as and when required
  • Handle department ad-hoc tasks as and when the need arises

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
  • Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
