Responsibilities
- Support the timely closing of monthly accounts
and generation of reports/schedules in alignment with Management’s target
timelines and KPIs set.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and group
reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform analyses of company’s results,
identifying fluctuations and justifications in comparison to historical trends,
business plans, budgets, and industry benchmarks.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of subsidiary and
general ledgers, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of the direct and/or
indirect tax computations and related schedules for timely submission to tax
authorities.
- Support audit exercise and any reviews by
auditors and/or authorities by preparing and providing the required information
requested in a timely manner.
- Ensure responsible handling and safekeeping of
documents, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s and
department’s rules, guidelines and operational procedures.
