Responsibilities

• Process policy and endorsement for Personal Lines products
• Liaise and follow-up with Marketing/IT/Underwriting to address any discrepancies or arising issues.
• Co-ordinate within Customer Management on the testing resource planning and project delivery
• Participating in key strategic projects
• Collaborate with project manager or line managers to ensure test result meets the expectation
• Develop and prepare test scripts to cover various scenarios and functionalities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional degree in any field .
• Preferably with insurance related qualification such as AMII, ACII, AII and DM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling testing and coordinating project.
• Minimum 3 years experience ininsurance industry (Personal Line i.e. Motor, PA or Health)
