Executive, Agency Operations & Admin

Responsibilities

  • Handle all agency administrative related matters including agency registration.
  • Temporary uplift of suspension, litigation and terminated agency & non-agency accounts.
  • Update transfer / change of Marketing Underwriter for agency & non-agency accounts.
  • Attend to queries related to agency & non-agency business.
  • Prepare suspension, termination & warning letter for non-compliance of CBC, MMC & non-renewal of PIAM on quarterly basis.
  • Manage 2 key functions under PITA, i.e. due diligence screening & background screening reference.
  • Assist in current event management activities such as convention or sales campaigns.
  • Prepare yearly remuneration report to PIAM.
  • Perform UAT on system enhancement as and when required.
  • Handle department ad-hoc tasks as and when the need arises.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
  • Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
