Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure project resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management tominimizeproject risks.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum - Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), preferably Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT environment with 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management.
• Good communication, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Has IT Project Management and system development skills.
• Sound knowledge of business acumen and organisation awareness.
