Responsibilities
- Setup and configure
hardware and software to maintain efficient workstations meeting user needs
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
related to desktops minimise user disruptions.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures,
safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliant to company security policies.
- Ensures SLA
delivery in desktops infrastructure
- Negotiates and
reviews SLA with users and other business units
- Strong team works
and works prioritization
- Stay updated on emerging
technologies, adapt to new trends and ensure the integration of innovative solution
to technical support request.
