Senior Executive (IT Desktop Support)

Responsibilities

  • Setup and configure hardware and software to maintain efficient workstations meeting user needs
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops minimise user disruptions.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security measures, safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliant to company security policies.
  • Ensures SLA delivery in desktops infrastructure
  • Negotiates and reviews SLA with users and other business units
  • Strong team works and works prioritization
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, adapt to new trends and ensure the integration of innovative solution to technical support request.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT
  • Minimum 3-year experience in IT Desktop Infrastructure support and deployment environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
