Junior Executive, Marketing Support (MFD)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure dealer and customer's enquiries are attended in a timely manner and provide accurate information at all times.
  • Ensure to manage dealer’s request promptly and to achieve zero complaint rate from dealer.
  • To provide support services to Marketing Officers and branches on all kind of enquiries.
  • To ensure submission is well managed with zero tolerance breach.
  • To manage and ensure no outstanding unprocessed cover notes exceeding 2 months
  • Ensure quotations are prepared within timeline.
  • To issue secure home cover note for direct account.
  • To filter risk acceptance based on assigned USO authority.
  • To work within the turnaround time and ensure the timelines are met.
  • To perform all activities within the guidelines of regulators and internal service level agreements and standards, procedures and processes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma holder in any field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of working experience, preferably in insurance industry.
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good in coordination and continuously strives for improvement and enhancement.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
