Responsibilities
- Checking policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
- Ensure refund premium are processed accurately.
- Monitor staff productivity, TAT, error rate for policy/endorsement / NCD related matters
- Liaise and follow-up with Marketing/IT/Underwriting to address any discrepancies or arising issues.
- Provide guidance to subordinates in processing issues or handling matters.
- Attend to incoming mails/ submissions/ calls/correspondence.
- Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes within the department.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement “Kaizen” by encouraging innovative ideas in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or modifications to improve operational efficiency within the department.
- Provide business requirements, preparation Test Scripts and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Prepare monthly department reports and ad-hoc reports (whenever necessary).
